Change is one of those areas that the majority of organisations whether in the public or private sector often struggle with. Some research suggests that as many as 70% of changes fail to deliver the anticipated benefits.
To help increase the chances of success in making change, I set out some thoughts using the letters of the alphabet of things to bear in mind when trying to make change and improvement.
