A one day programme aimed at professional people who will be shortly making the transition into a leadership role.

This 1 day course will provide a broad introduction to leadership skills. 

 The specific content is determined based on specific client needs but typically includes

• Discovering the differences between management and leadership
• What makes a good leader
• Exploring and using different leadership styles
• An introduction to team leadership

Using a combination of presentations, group activities and facilitated discussions, we aim to provide a highly practical and participative course.

Improving Team Working

A one day programme aimed at improving team working.

Delivering great results in teams depends on people effectively working together. 

This 1 day experiential course will provide participants with an innovative approach to team working and team development. 

By the end of the day, participants can expect to:

• Fully understand the essential ingredients of successful teams
• Understand and be able to work with team dynamics and ‘toxins’
• Have developed team leadership skills
• Be more effective influencers in team situations

The course will be highly practical with a large focus on learning by doing and experiencing, relating practice to theory as appropriate.

Creating and Delivering Powerful Presentations

If you need to make presentations but have not had any formal training, this workshop is for you.

By the end of the workshop, you will:
 

• Understand and be ready to tackle the blocks to successfully presenting.
• Know what it takes to create and deliver powerful presentations.
• Be ready to step into their next presentation with renewed confidence.

The workshop will be highly interactive with plenty of opportunities for participants to put the learning into practice.

The content of the workshop will include: 

• Identifying the common myths that get in the way of presenting, including some of the mindset barriers.
• Teaching and applying a simple but highly effective 7 step process for creating and delivering effective presentations, that works every time.
• Practising presentation creation and delivery.
