This 1 day course will provide a broad introduction to leadership skills.

Improving Team Working
A one day programme aimed at improving team working.
Delivering great results in teams depends on people effectively working together.
This 1 day experiential course will provide participants with an innovative approach to team working and team development.
By the end of the day, participants can expect to:
- Fully understand the essential ingredients of successful teams
- Understand and be able to work with team dynamics and ‘toxins’
- Have developed team leadership skills
